Acupuncture / Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been around for thousands of years. It is a whole and complete medicine with multiple modalities underneath its umbrella that treats holistically while taking into account factors of lifestyle such as work, diet, climate and time of year. A TCM approach to health can involve acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tuina massage, ear seeds, acupressure, moxibustion, heat therapy and shi liao (Chinese diet therapy). Given this varied and individualized approach anyone can benefit from incorporating TCM into their healthcare routine.
