Counselling
Clinical counseling is a specialized form of therapy aimed at helping individuals overcome personal, emotional, or psychological challenges. It involves a trained professional, who provides support and guidance to clients in a confidential and nonjudgmental setting. Clinical counseling provides a supportive and empowering space for individuals to work through their challenges, gain personal growth, and improve their overall quality of life. It emphasizes collaboration between the counselor and client to promote self-discovery, resilience, and emotional healing.
